All employees of NYCLS and its Divisions and Affiliates are required to sign a Motor Vehicle Release Form, regardless of their position with the company.  This report is used to determine whether the employee has a valid driver’s license and has a good driving record.  All driver reports will be evaluated accordingly to the driver standards set forth in Tri-Tech’s employee handbook.  Driving records will be evaluated periodically throughout an employee’s employment with the company to ensure the employee is in compliance with the policy.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening

NYCLS is committed to the health and well-being of its staff.   In keeping with that commitment, all new employees are required to submit to pre-employment drug screening.  During employment, NYCLS may also require a blood test, urinalysis, hair test or other drug or alcohol screening of employees suspected of using or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol or where other circumstances or workplace conditions justify such testing.  The refusal to consent to testing will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
