Patrick Jones, PLS
As a professional land surveyor licensed in New York State and President of NYCLS he oversees all work performed in the field and office. His responsibilities include in-house and on-site interpretation all survey project complexities, project cost estimating, coordination with local agencies, and extensive electronic data analysis. He is also proficient in the use of many CADD drafting tools, including AutoCAD Land Development Desktop, and Bentley Microstation, as well as other software used in Civil Engineering and Surveying. Patrick Jones has obtained a Bachelors of Architecture from N.Y. Institute of Technology in 1993.
John DeAngelis
John has been a part of our office team since 2017 serving as our Survey Project Manager. He is trained in Auto-CAD and attended SUNY Morrisville and The College of Staten Island where he studied Engineering.
Melanie J. Fox
Melanie is new to our office team trained in Auto-CAD serving as a CAD Engineer. She has extensive design experience with multiple New York City architectural firms. Melanie graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology where she earned a BFA in Interior Design.
Sebastiano Pucci
Sebastiano has recently joined our office team serving as our Senior HDS Surveyor. He comes from Italy where he studied at the University of Florence and earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Samantha Jones
Samantha has been a part of office team for several years, she is trained in Auto-CAD. She is one of our experienced CAD Engineers. Samantha studied at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she earned a Bachelors Degree.
Debra Vassallo
Ms. Vassallo manages the day to day operations with client requests, insurance, and financial activities. Her vast experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and insurance related issues has promoted healthy operations for NYCLS. Debra is also proficient in the use of QuickBooks Financial Management Software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word as well as other software used in Office Management.
Maria Pizzirusso
Ms. Pizzirusso manages our Human Resources department and day to day operations with payroll, employee benefits, health insurances and other financial activities. Her vast experience in accounting, bookkeeping and employment related issues has been proven over the past 10 years she has been with NYCLS. Maria is also proficient in the use of QuickBooks Financial Management Software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word as well as other software used in Office Management.
Field
James Ryan
James Ryan is our Chief of Field Survey Operations and has substantial knowledge of building construction means and methods. James has over 25 years of experience in Boundary, Title, Topographic and High Rise Construction. James provides a key leadership role in the field and mentors our other survey teams with his vast experience and talents as our Head Party Chief.
Damian Amodeo
Damian is our lead field engineer and has substantial knowledge of building construction means and methods. Damian is our liaison between our Chief Office Surveyor and our surveyors in the field. Damian is responsible for maintaining equipment calibrations and coordination of field survey team’s assignments that specialize in high-rise construction.
